REFUND POLICY

Purchased By Mistake

We will do an investigation, and it will be at our discretion if you qualify for a refund or not.
Remorse Towards The Product

We may offer you a product replacement proportionate to the original value of the product you purchased or create one for you, but we will not issue a refund for the mere reason that you changed your mind over the product.
Product Dissatisfaction
In the event that you are not satisfied with our product, please reach out to us within 72 hours so we can rectify the issue. Please clearly state the reason why you are not satisfied with our product. We will evaluate your concern and will come up with a solution. A mere dissatisfaction claim will not be enough to honor your refund request.
Asking For Goodwill
Since we value the relationship that we have with our customers, we often cater to requests for goodwill. However, we have three conditions that you need to satisfy to be qualified for goodwill: (1) You must be a premium subscriber for at least three (3) months; (2) You do not have a bad record in our system; and (3) You have not incurred any violations of our terms and conditions, and policies.
Time-frame
Refund requests on all our products are handled on a case by case basis and will be issued at our discretion. All refund requests must be reported not later than seven (7) days from the time you purchased our product. Any request after this timeframe will not be honored, except under certain circumstances beyond your control, such as accidents, calamities, disasters, or fortuitous events.
We will process your request within seventy two (72) business hours from the time we received your request. If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. After The Date On Which Your Subscription Would Have Been Renewed:
- You will no longer be charged unless you choose to resubscribe
- You will be able to see and download the templates which you have previously downloaded
- You will not be able to download any new template.
- If you resubscribe, you will be charged with a new subscription fee (whatever the latest rate is at the time you decide to resubscribe)
- You will be downgraded to a free account, but you will still be able to use previously downloaded templates.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Readymadefiles.com is not liable for damages that may arise from your use, or inability to do so, of the services and products provided. These services include, but are not limited to the following: lost profits, direct or indirect damages, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
The User is solely responsible for their own accounts, passwords, and related access. All activities taking place under their account is under the sole responsibility of the account holder and Readymadefiles.com will not, cannot, shall not be held liable for its unauthorized use.
